~UPSR 2000~

Result UPSR dah keluar kan semalam..Tahniah Iris ucapkan kepada adik-adik yang berjaya mendapat keputusan cemerlang..Bagi yang kurang bernasib baik tu, jangan terlalu bersedih..It's not the end of the world..Take it positively..And the most important thing is..Never ever give up in order to improve your weaknesses..Try harder in the future..

So in this entry, I wanna share with all you on my experience when the UPSR result was announced..Usually, people will cry after knowing their own result especially when their result is bad..But in my case, it is vice versa..I was crying like hell before knowing it..The thing is, I can't handle the stress..It's really stressful thinking about all of the possibilities especially the bad one..It's scared me to death..

I was living in the hostel since I'm in standard 5 (projek khas under kementerian pelajaran negeri untuk budak-budak lompat macam Iris)..Around 10 am, result dah dipaparkan di papan kenyataan sekolah..While other students were excited berebut-rebut nak tau result masing-masing, my bff and I quietly sneak out to  our hostel, lying in our bed, crying for hours..

Around 1 pm, one of my roommate came in..Dia pelik tengok my bff and I menangis..Dia tanya kenapa menangis, dah tengok result ka belum..Kami cakap la belum..Dengan tersengih-sengih roomate Iris suruh kami berdua pergi tengok result dulu..Dengan hati yang berat dan mata yang bengkak pergilah kami berdua menurut perintah..

Keadaan sunyi sepi di papan kenyataan..Lengang..Murid lain semua dah tengok result masing-masing tinggal kami ja yang belum..Dengan khusyuknya kami cari nama kami dalam senarai yang dipaparkan..Jumpa nama tengok result..Kami terkedu berpandangan sesama sendiri..What a fool..Result kami berdua tak teruk pun..Buang air matanya ja..

Dengan hati yang girang, I searched for a public phone nearby..Calling my mom to let her know..Dalam hati rasa lega sangat-sangat because with this result my parent won't scold me...Berapa A's Iris dapat?? Guess it..I know you already known the answer..
